Needed my ignition lock replaced due to someone trying to steal my car. Dropped off after hours on Friday (they are closed weekends). Josh called me early afternoon on Monday to say car was ready. I had a great experience dealing with them. Super friendly, timely manner doing the job and very reasonable price. This was my first experience with Wrench Works, but they will be my go to if I ever need a repair.

If you're looking for a great mechanic this is the place. I took my car in because the check engine light was on and because Wreck Works had worked on a previous vehicle I owned that they fixed when another shop couldn't. While working on my car, other things went wrong with the computer system. Josh updated me regularly and with the help of Toyota techs, they found the computer fix for my older Toyota. Josh went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. I was worried about repair costs. Josh also had a solution that worked for me and I was able to pay for everything. On 3/15/23 I was broke down. I am an insurance adjuster and can not have a broken down vehicle as my truck is my most valued tool for my career! I walked to Napa auto parts and was referred to walk 1-2 blocks down the road and ask for Josh, So i did. At that time I explained my situation to Josh. I could see his shop was full and he was very busy! Fortunately Josh stated to me if i can get it to his shop he would get me repaired same day, figuring it would be a min of a 6 hr. Job. He and his team would stay after hours to get me back on the road. And he did exactly what he said that he would do. I could never have been more pleased to have found a shop with integrity, professionalism, and great service. His team was a pleasure to have service my truck. Wrench works is a small business and has high standards. For being an individual 14 hours from home and not knowing who to trust, I must say I found my self in the best hands possible. I had a pressing issue.....and ONLY ONE CAR. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE.....they got me in and out in a few hours.... Where as it would have been very Reasonable to have gotten my car back at the End of the next day !!! I Highly Recommend these guys... ALL OF THE STAFF SEEMED knowledgeable and courteous. The Owners were kind and understanding and very helpful for me.

Came here today for a diagnostic to see if we could make it cross country with our vehicle. Josh could've EASILY continued the entire diagnostic and charged us full price. Instead, after he realized our vehicle wasn't safe to drive that far he stopped, gave us the unfortunate news and didn't charge us unnecessarily. He recognized us from a year ago we had came to him with our truck stalled nearby. He helped us arrange a cheap tow and replaced our alternator cor a reasonable price. I can honestly say he is the most HONEST, DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE and HARD WORKING mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. If you're looking for somewhere to take your vehicle but you're wary of being dooped please don't hesitate to call up Wrenchworks. It's the best experience Ive ever had

So I happened to have a squealing belt issue RIGHT by their shop. On a whim I immediately called the closest shop- Wrench Works. It was a Friday mid morning (approx 10:30 am) and asked if they could at least confirm my diagnosis. They WORKED ME INTO THEIR SCHEDULE and had me back on the road same day. I literally just walked to lunch and back and the repairs were complete. Marlene the front desk person was kind, compassionate, and understanding. The mechanics looked at my 1998 Honda Accord and didn't try and upsell me or convince me I needed to fix X other things wrong with the vehicle. I came in with a problem and they solved exactly that problem. I will absolutely come back to this shop in the future and give them my highest recommendation. Thank you Josh and team!!
